In case you havn't heard yet, we sold our house Jan. 8th (conditions removed). We don't take posession of the new place until Feb. 15th. The biggest frustration (to me is) that the house we are buying is sitting empty and we can't get in to start the reno's.
The 'house' is actually the end unit of the same 4 plex.
We plan on all major renos within the last two weeks of Feb. before having to be out of here.
Pray for us. That's a lot of work and until then there is lots of decisions to be made.

Congratulations! This is very good news. Sorry we haven't called back yet - Ray left a message with the news a couple days back - but know that we are very happy for you that it all went through okay. Waiting is very hard work...especially when you have a long list of plans for the new place. GaaahHH!
We can't wait to see it once you're all in and settled!
